The place is conveniently situated near Tanger outlets, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease during our stay.

Modern hotel, very nice staff, brand-new room, nice bathroom. Heated pool, great location to Tanger outlets. Based next to the shopping malls and the the park and Lancaster and restaurants and shopping plazas. The outdoor restaurant on the premises. What a such wonderful stay, no complaints.

The location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to Tanger Outlets Lancaster. Everything is great, the room is new-fashioned and huge with tub and the a/c, as for instance.

This venue has modern facilities and friendly staff at check-out, with a lovely building and rooms featuring balconies.

That I will not be informed that the hotel was under renovation I could not enjoy any of the facilities should make a refund as it was their course not indicate that it was not suitable

The bed was super cozy, and the room was pretty spacious and modern. The staff was really nice and fixed any issues we had right away. Also, the location of this affordable hotel was awesome. 🌟

Carpets throughout were dirty. Carpet in room were stained and dirty. Extension cords running across room. Registration area was in need of repair. Electrical outlet in room was loose and not attached to wall securely. Was suppose to have king bed, but had two doubles. Not at all happy with stay and stayed only one day instead of the two reserved. Very dissatisfied with Ramada Inn Lancaster. I chose Ramada Inn because of its name, but would not now.

Booking agent & hotel not on same page !...price different,room different, necessities inadequate. Not enough staff, either checking in, maid service or maintenance. No coffee cups, no microwave. Inadequate facility for handicapped to handle baggage. I could get more specific but, I think you are getting the idea.

Convenient Location near route 30, 🏞️ close to all the action! Easy access to outlet mall, top-notch restaurants, and shopping spots. Spacious room with a lovely balcony for some chill time.

Showing its age did not have the room we reserved. Got two double beds instead of king.

Did not like that there was no elevator for easily transporting luggage. The continental breakfast was very sparse. We went to Perkins instead.

This place has a fantastic location within walking distance to everything, offering spacious rooms with balconies.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was fine. You got what you paid for. Stayed only one night and that was perfect.

Very kid friendly.. Ground floor rooms with a back door to the pool. Indoor pool ffor the not so nice days. Helpful friendly staff. Great location in the middle of town. This was the second year in a row we stayed at this hotel and are hoping to return again next year. Great stay and good vacation.
